Your future responsibilities: You will manage and coordinate the teams in collaboration with management and team leaders across all sites. You will be the main point of contact for monitoring the construction sites and various plans. You will plan and coordinate the assembly, disassembly, and relocation of equipment. You will actively participate in site meetings with architects and project managers. You will develop the weekly schedule for the teams and set up the technical plans in collaboration with the technical office. You will prepare and follow up on offers and ensure safety on all construction sites in accordance with regulations. You will monitor the progress of work and ensure deadlines are respected. You will identify and resolve problems on site. You will organize logistics and supply of materials and equipment. You will communicate regularly with management to report on the progress of projects. Your profile: You have a confirmed experience in the scaffolding field, as a site manager, foreman, or in another construction sector. You have more than 5 years of experience as a site supervisor and wish to evolve towards more responsibilities. You have a deep knowledge of construction sites and professional practices. You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, with particular attention to safety. You are capable of managing multiple teams simultaneously while effectively handling priorities. You have excellent interpersonal skills facilitating communication with different internal stakeholders. You master the necessary tools for construction site management and can read and interpret technical plans to ensure precise follow-up of projects.
