1-year mission within a Private Bank - SRE ConsultantFor our client, a leading Swiss private bank strengthening its recently created team, we are looking for a senior SRE Consultant, capable of acting as a point of reference beyond simple execution. The ambition is clear: to make OpenShift a robust, reliable, and industrialized foundation, serving development and operations teams.Mission objectives- Ensure reliability and evolve a critical OpenShift platform- Structure (standards, observability, best practices)- Support N2/N1 teams by providing expertise and perspective- Integrate the mission into a One Team dynamic: Dev, Security, and OpsResponsibilities- Advanced administration and evolution of the OpenShift / Kubernetes platform- Lifecycle management: upgrades, capacity planning- Implementation and governance of observability (Prometheus, Grafana, logs, metrics, alerting)- Management of complex incidents & RCA- Contribution to the continuous improvement of architecture and Run processes- Strong interaction with:- Product Support teams (N2)- Daily Operations teams (N1)- Infrastructure Engineering teams- Security & Development teamsTechnical environment- OpenShift / Kubernetes- Linux (RHEL / CentOS)- Prometheus, Grafana- Kafka, Kong, Vault- Shell / Python scripting- Network concepts, security, RBAC, HA / DRProfile- Senior profile (5–10 years), very comfortable in production environments- Real OpenShift / Kubernetes expertise- Strong SRE / Run / Reliability culture- Ability to propose solutions, structure, and transfer knowledge- French and English: fluentLocation: SwitzerlandStart date: ASAPMission duration: 1 year with the possibility of hiring at the end of the missionOn-site presence required jid01e36f8aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
