? Your mission: ensure the successful assembly of our façades and metal structures

?️ Your responsibilities

Operational management:

• Initiate the handover of the installation file with the lead assembler and project manager according to the different stages.
• Trigger the various deliveries on site in collaboration with the planner and logistics.
• Ensure that the equipment is ready for the teams (5 days prior) and carry out the inspection of equipment leaving for the sites.
• Respect and monitor the different assembly phases to ensure optimal progress of the assignment.
• Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the standards and directives in force in the sector.
• Participate in site meetings when necessary.
• Plan the reception of provisional and final works.
• Submit the complete file to the project manager, including modifications, annotations and remarks.

Ensure a good social climate and team motivation.

Quality, safety and performance:

Guarantee respect for deadlines, safety procedures and quality standards.

Be a driving force in the continuous improvement of on-site practices (feedback, standardisation, methods).

Ensure proper application of PHSE procedures on sites.

? Your profile:

Proven experience of at least 5 years in the assembly of all types of metal construction elements (glazed façade, door, locksmithing, staircase, glazing, etc.)

Natural leadership, organisational skills and team spirit.

Fluency in French (spoken and written)
