For one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Mission

• Supervise and coordinate electrical teams on sites (slabs, embedded elements, routes, supports, formwork, etc.).
• Plan the work, organise the teams and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams; verify the compliance of embedded installations and connections with concrete structures.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance standards (Level, NF/CN standards, Swiss requirements).
• Collaborate with other trades (concrete, plumbing, HVAC) and project management.
• Write progress reports and monitor consumables and tools.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control of integrated electrical installations.

Profile sought

• Building electrician CFC or equivalent; proven experience as a site manager on projects related to slabs and embedded elements in Switzerland.
• Mastery of embedded electrical installations and structural connections (cabling, routing, connections).
• Good knowledge of Swiss electrical standards and site safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical plans and coordinate with different trades.
• Organisational skills, leadership, autonomy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage unforeseen events and prioritise tasks.
• Valid work permit in Switzerland; availability to start quickly.
