On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Works Supervisor - Technician (M/F).Your future responsibilities: You will manage and coordinate teams together with the management and team leaders on all sites. You will be the main contact for monitoring the sites and planning. You will plan and coordinate the assembly, disassembly, and movement of equipment. You will actively participate in site meetings with architects and project managers. You will develop the weekly schedule for the teams and prepare the technical plans with the technical office. You will prepare and follow up on offers and orders. You will ensure safety on all sites in accordance with regulations. You will monitor the progress of works and ensure deadlines are respected. You will identify and solve problems on site. You will organize logistics and supply of materials and equipment. You will communicate regularly with management to report on the progress of projects.Profile:You have confirmed experience in the field of scaffolding, as a works supervisor, foreman, or in another construction sector. You have more than 5 years of experience as a site manager and wish to evolve towards more responsibilities. You have in-depth knowledge of sites and professional practices. You demonstrate strong responsibility, with particular attention to safety. You are capable of managing multiple teams simultaneously while efficiently handling priorities. You have excellent communication skills with various internal stakeholders and master the necessary tools for site management. You can read and interpret technical plans to ensure precise follow-up of works. You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written, which is essential for your exchanges.
