## OUR ROLE: ##

The Site Manager SM360 is employed by Securitas SA.

He/She performs duties within the framework of a service agreement. Securitas remains the exclusive employer, responsible for management, leadership and contractual obligations.

## REQUIRED PROFILE & SKILLS ##

- Solid experience in security management
- Knowledge of industrial and corporate security environments
- Risk assessment and crisis management
- Technical security systems
- Leadership and stakeholder management
- Project management
- Communication and reporting
- Legal and regulatory compliance- Training and awareness
- Business continuity and resilience
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills
