Together with your team, you ensure the processing of incoming files in terms of quality, quantity, and compliance with deadlines. Based on regional objectives and guidelines, you review offers and services at the Bienne and Lyss sites and implement measures to optimize the quality of services. Furthermore, you ensure the availability of human resources and are responsible for the budget of the grouping. As an interface, you coordinate and maintain contacts with different entities as well as with the commercial department.What you bring Completed commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent) with professional experience in the field of social insurance. Management experience in a similar role and completed leadership training. In-depth knowledge of unemployment insurance. Quick comprehension ability and a sense of essentials. Stress-resistant personality with excellent social skills and strong capacity.
