Site Manager (m/f/d) at EPSM - Lausanne

For one of our clients, a medicalised psychosocial establishment (EPSM) located in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a Site Manager to ensure operational management and lead a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

As Site Manager, you guarantee the smooth running of the establishment both organisationally and clinically. You ensure the quality of services, the well-being of residents, and support the teams in a continuous improvement approach.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure the operational and organisational management of the site.
• Supervise, support and develop the skills of the teams.
• Guarantee the quality, safety and continuity of care and support.
• Ensure compliance with legal, institutional requirements and internal procedures.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of institutional projects.
• Manage human resources, schedules and administrative aspects related to the role.
• Collaborate closely with management and internal and external partners.
• Promote a culture of kindness, quality and continuous improvement.

Profile

• Swiss nursing diploma or recognised by the Red Cross
• Proven experience in psychiatry.
• Significant experience in team management.
• CAS in management required.
• CAS in psychiatry desired. Otherwise, you are willing to undertake this training.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to support change.
