Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate our internal and external logistics processes. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing logistics operations to ensure high-quality results. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, communicating and coordinating with employees at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on orders in agreement with customers and in collaboration with logistics and external suppliers.
- Manage supplier receipts, customer, and supplier returns.
- Ensure delivery within the required timeframe, including export control documentation and processes.
- Monitor and manage stocks to ensure their availability.
- Conduct analysis and make recommendations for stock management (PFEP, Cycle count, etc.).
- Manage internal orders and update the ERP database.
- Drive continuous improvement of various IT management tools.
- Develop strategic thinking necessary for the development of the logistics sector.
- Develop support tools and ensure clear communication of information.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Background in Logistics/Warehouse Management.
- Fluent in French; English proficiency is necessary.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good to very good command of office tools (MS-Office).
- Strong communication skills.
- Sense of anticipation and urgency.
- Ability to analyze and summarize information.
- Ability to make proposals and react proactively.
