Shift Supervisor Holy Cow! EtoyWe are looking for a Shift Supervisor at HOLY COW! ETOYFor our Holy Cow! restaurant located in Etoy, we are looking for a Shift Supervisor or someone with responsibilities- Manage a shift from A to Z: briefing, distribution of stations, monitoring the pace, kitchen/service- Be ready for opening at 11:00 AM: complete setup, team in place, stations prepared- Ensure fast, clean service in compliance with standards (quality, hygiene, food safety)- Work at stations as needed: Grill cooking; Fryer management; Burger preparation: assembly, plating, sending; Preparation: cutting vegetables and fresh sauces; Dishwashing: washing up and maintaining a clean station; cleaning fryers and respecting the cleaning plan; Cash register: greeting, taking orders, processing payments, upselling- Perform a complete closing: cleaning, restocking, securing, and locking up- Ensure daily administrative tasks with precision: Daily orders; Daily tracking of hours worked; Counting and checking the cash register- Availability for closing shifts (until 11:30 PM), weekends, and split shifts- Customer service: sales management and advice- Opening and closing the restaurant (until 11:30 PM depending on the schedule), with control of end-of-shift standardsYour profile- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in catering in a dynamic environment (volume, pace, standards)- Capable of taking responsibility for a shift and giving clear instructions- Fast and rigorous: you maintain the level of cleanliness and quality even during rush hours- Comfortable with direct feedback, and capable of correcting without creating tension- Fluent French essential; English or other languages welcome- Reliable: punctuality, consistency, and respect for proceduresWe offer- A lively work atmosphere with varied tasks in a multicultural environment- Training on HOLY COW! standards, checklists, and shift routines, with on-the-job coaching by the Manager and the management team- Personal discount: 50% on a menu of your choice- Possibilities for advancement after validation of skills (standards, leadership, and availability of a position): Shift Supervisor → Assistant Manager → Manager- Benefits with our partnersYou can send us your application (CV + Cover Letter) by responding directly to this offer. jidd452c11aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
