We are looking for a Setter Mechanic in Micromechanics (M/F) for one of our clients
Setter Mechanic
You will be responsible for the manufacture, maintenance and fine-tuning of high-precision tooling, as well as the adjustment and maintenance of production equipment.
- Carry out conventional milling and turning operations.
- Perform flat and cylindrical grinding, electrical discharge machining tasks.
- Manufacture, adjust and maintain press and stamping tools.
- Design, modify and maintain cutting tools.
- Adjust and work on small presses intended for the manufacture of dowels.
- Ensure manufacturing and finishing operations
- Check the conformity of produced parts according to plans and quality requirements.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of tooling and manufacturing processes.
Proven experience in micromechanics and conventional machining.
Very good knowledge of milling, turning, grinding and electrical discharge machining.
Experience in the manufacture and maintenance of press tooling and cutting tools.
Mastery of reading plans and control instruments.
Autonomous, meticulous and rigorous person.
