Raiffeisen Bank Fribourg-West is firmly rooted in its region and is ambitiously pursuing its development. To strengthen our Services team, we are looking for our future Internal Services Associate.

What awaits you?

Within our Services team, you contribute to the smooth administrative and operational functioning of the bank by taking charge of the following activities in particular:

  • Processing routine accounting entries and performing the bank's quarterly closings.
  • Managing administrative formalities related to pension schemes (2nd and 3rd pillars).
  • Checking and updating client master data related to various banking products.
  • Processing payment traffic operations in Switzerland and internationally.
  • Checking formalities related to investments and ensuring their administrative follow-up.
  • Managing the telephone switchboard by identifying client needs and ensuring a quality experience.
  • Collaborating closely with the bank's various departments and providing support in various administrative tasks.

What do you bring?

  • Completed commercial training (CFC commercial employee), ideally in the banking sector or with an accounting orientation.
  • Experience in back-office functions, banking administration and/or accounting.
  • Organisational skills, autonomy and rigour in task execution.
  • Strong service and client orientation.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with different contacts.
  • Flexibility, ability to manage several activities simultaneously and stress resistance.
  • Very good command of IT tools and digital working methods.
  • Experience within the Raiffeisen Group is an advantage.
