In a context where our teams operate in demanding and constantly evolving fields, we take pride in offering stimulating working conditions: we aim for diversity and inclusion, we value collective intelligence, encourage exchanges, and foster decision-making.Main activities: Engaged within the governance of the General Hospice and the management of Migrant Assistance, you support and deploy institutional policies, actively participate in the implementation of institutional governance, and contribute to the evolution of the culture. In close collaboration with your team and the management of Migrant Assistance, as well as with other departments of the institution, you define and propose standards for reception, supervision, and accommodation, and ensure social integration. To do this, you rely on state-level guidelines and your knowledge in the field of youth and/or social integration and represent the institution to various actors and partners in your field. Your team, composed of proximity managers and around one hundred staff (social workers and night supervision staff), is spread across several sites. You organize and coordinate your service's activities to address five main axes: 1. Ensure reception, accommodation, and supervision, individual support, and the delivery of financial assistance.2. Facilitate access to care.3. Promote social cohesion in collective accommodation structures, in coordination with relevant internal services.4. Contribute to the social and professional integration of young people, collaborating with cantonal actors.5. Ensure compliance with legal and institutional standards, guaranteeing quality and conformity of services. Adopt a management style that values autonomy and support the members of your team in implementing processes and changes, embodying and sharing the vision and values of the General Hospice with enthusiasm, inspiring and giving meaning, in order to foster team commitment around the challenges to be met.Profile: Given the richness and scope of the mission, you are a congruent, assertive, and inspiring manager. You hold a HES, university degree, or an equivalent recognized qualification. A complement in management or social policy is strongly preferred. You have experience in the field of integration and social cohesion and are interested in the challenges of living together, inclusion, and youth issues. You are comfortable in collaborative work and know how to develop and mobilize a network of actors in these areas. You have a confirmed experience of at least 10 years in a social enterprise, including 5 years in team management.
