Your contribution to the company includes underwriting independently in corporate liability insurance for medium and large companies based in Switzerland. You analyze complex liability risks and master their technical issues. You implement follow-up and development measures for the portfolio and actively participate in the development projects of our products and processes in the field of corporate liability insurance. You promote corporate liability insurance, as well as provide technical support to the external service and our broker partners. You proactively develop a trusting relationship with the teams in Underwriting, Claims, and General Management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your skills and talents include a commercial background and several years of experience in underwriting corporate liability insurance (minimum 4 to 6 years). You have a very good knowledge of the Romandy insurance market, particularly for French-speaking regions, and have a good understanding of legal risks. You adopt a resolutely client-oriented approach while being comfortable in negotiation and demonstrate ease in human interactions and a strong team spirit. You are solution-oriented and focused on selling underwriting. You are organized, precise, and motivated to evolve in a dynamic environment. You are stress-resistant and capable of absorbing significant periodic workloads. You master classic tools and are proficient in Office 365.
