Senior Technical Sales – Pumping Solutions & Water Management (M/F) SECTOR: French-speaking Switzerland WHO is a company specialized in technical solutions for rainwater management, irrigation, networks, and associated technical systems. We work on demanding technical projects for professional clients: architects, engineers, research offices, sanitary companies, communities, and large accounts. Our positioning is clear: we do not sell products but cohesive and reliable technical solutions. ROLE As a senior technical sales / business developer, you are responsible for the development of the pumping and rainwater sector across Switzerland. This is a position focused on development and specification, with: a high degree of autonomy, real responsibility for business growth, a key role in the sector. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and structure a client portfolio (pumping / water management) Prospect and maintain relationships with architectural firms, engineering firms, and specifiers Develop sustainable partnerships with sanitary companies and large accounts Identify projects and propose complete technical solutions: tanks, pumping systems, rainwater, networks, and associated equipment Understand the technical challenges of projects and formulate relevant proposals Support business from the upstream phase (consulting, specification) to their conclusion and retain your client portfolio in a long-term perspective Work closely with the engineering office and the internal technical team The position is currently strongly oriented toward hunting and development. Its evolution will depend on your autonomy and your ability to structure the sector over time. COVERED SECTOR French-speaking Switzerland YOUR PROFILE Confirmed experience as a technical sales representative, business developer or sector manager Strong technical foundation, ideally in: pumping, water management, sanitary, building techniques or related fields Comfortable with demanding technical contacts: architects, engineers, research offices, specialized companies Capable of selling complex technical solutions, not just products Structured, oriented toward sustainable development Ability to create, develop, and manage a client portfolio Very good knowledge of the professional landscape in Switzerland Valid driving license A specific experience in rainwater or pumping is a plus Complete mastery of our solutions is ensured.
