As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to ensure the complete management of complex technical projects, from the offer phase to final acceptance at the client's site.Senior Technical Project ManagerYour main missions- Manage large-scale technical projects, ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines- Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project- Analyze client needs and propose adapted technical solutions- Develop and defend technical-commercial offers- Validate techniques and specifications- Coordinate internal teams: production, quality, R&D, assembly, and commissioning- Supervise assembly, commissioning, and client acceptance phases- Manage suppliers, calls for tenders, and order tracking- Ensure after-sales follow-up, improvement requests, and resolution of technical issues- Ensure the proper maintenance of client files, technical reports, and project documentsYour profile- You hold a higher technical degree, such as an HES/EPF engineer, technician, or equivalent, ideally supplemented by training in project management- You have confirmed experience in managing complex technical or industrial projects, ideally in the fields of special machines, microtechnology, watchmaking, medical, or an industrial environment- You are capable of managing several projects in parallel, making decisions, anticipating risks, and effectively coordinating internal and external stakeholders- You possess a strong client focus, excellent analytical skills, and a good sense of negotiation- Your leadership, rigor, and autonomy allow you to advance projects in a structured and efficient mannerSkills- Experience in industrial project management- Very good technical knowledge in mechanics, automation, industrial systems, or special machines- Ability to understand and challenge technical solutions- Experience in client management and supplier management- Ease in drafting offers, technical reports, and project documents- Cross-functional leadership and excellent management of priorities, costs, deadlines, and quality- Fluent French; German and/or English are an assetWhat we offer- A key position within a dynamic and innovative company, with high value-added technical projects in the watchmaking and medical fields- You will join an environment where your technical skills, your sense of responsibility, and your leadership will have a direct impact on the success of projects- Are you ready to take on a new challenge?
