Here, your passion will become meaningful work: you will evolve with autonomy, you will hold real responsibilities, and you will contribute to projects that reach millions of users.We are looking for a:Senior Technical Project ManagerGlobal responsibilities:- Contribute to Infomaniak's vision by highlighting its values and the interests of clients- Integrate into teams and understand their dynamics- Anticipate needs and risks and propose adapted solutions- Be a driving force for the progress of projects and their successProject management responsibilities:- Gather and formalize needs, ensure project viability, and define functional specifications- Share the vision and clearly communicate objectives to teams- Identify and track project-related risks- Plan and monitor daily project execution- Coordinate all involved business teams (Design, UX/UI, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Support, Marketing, QA, etc.) to ensure efficient delivery oriented towards project objectives- Facilitate agile ceremonies and meetings, and ensure follow-up (minutes, reports)- Provide regular reporting to managers and stakeholders- Guarantee compliance with budget, deadlines, and qualityRequired profile:- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a complex technical environment (Cloud, SaaS, or Infrastructure)- Understand deep technical issues to constructively dialogue with cloud architects and backend teams on infrastructure topics (IaaS/PaaS)- Excellent communication and listening skills, both with technical and non-technical profiles, internal or external- Mastery of project management methodologies (predictive, hybrid, agile: PMP, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)- Strong sensitivity to user experience, interfaces, and product design- Organized, rigorous, and methodical- Ability to manage priorities, stress, and deadlines- Be proactive and solution-oriented- Excellent level of French and good level of EnglishThe position:- Contract: Permanent- Rate: Full-time- Location: Geneva (Les Acacias), on-site- Availability: As soon as possibleWhy Infomaniak:- Be part of a company that shapes an ethical cloud that respects privacy, people, and the environment.- Work every day in a caring environment, balanced with your personal life and extremely stimulating, with people at the forefront of their field who are committed, attentive, and passionate about what they do.- Make a real difference in the lives of millions of people around the world.
