On behalf of one of our clients in the General Contracting sector, the OK JOB Xpert department is looking for a Senior Project Manager for the canton of Vaud. A position to support a development and Senior Project Manager General Contracting.You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture as well as several years of experience in managing construction projects in Switzerland in General Contracting. You are open-minded, client and service-oriented, innovative, and capable of working independently as well as in a team. You are comfortable with human relations. You know the canton of Vaud. You are a French speaker.In close collaboration with Management, here are your missions:Senior Project Manager (Vaud)- You manage the general coordination of one or more projects.- You participate in meetings with the Project Owners, certain partners, and the authorities.- You support your teams and manage the analysis and comparison of submissions.- The progress of the construction site, compliance with schedules, and quality are your responsibility.- You are responsible for the project finances (budget, payments, etc.) as well as final accounts.- A certain part of the construction site management is within your scope of action.- The acceptance of the work as well as warranty work are your responsibility.- You organize and manage the internal team of construction managers and an assistant.- The application of safety rules on construction sites as well as QSE rules are part of your missions.- You guarantee the proper application of internal procedures and compliance with standards.Please note that we will only respond to applications corresponding to the job requirements within 10 days; if you have not received a response from us, please consider that we have not retained your application.
