In short, we always keep in mind that our final client is the human behind their machine.To support its development, Evolutis SA is looking for a senior systems engineer.Your tasks:- Conduct and manage projects or systems, perform maintenance interventions on clients' systems- Follow requests and incidents reported by Level 1 Hotline, until their closure- Ensure client satisfaction, paying particular attention to compliance with service commitmentsYour technical knowledge:- VMWare, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, RDS, Exchange, Veeam- Network: Switch, VLAN, Sophos / Fortinet Firewall, VPNYour profile:- CFC or equivalent title- Over 3 years of experience in systems management in a service company or in a demanding industry sector- Experience in project and systems management, with expert analysis to delve deeper and find the causes of malfunctions, and propose the most effective solution- Client service mindset: professional behavior focused on responsiveness, efficiency, and strong writing skills- Good organizational skills, able to anticipate, take initiative, and propose solutions; capable of managing stress and priorities- You wish to improve and get involved in an SME- Good level of English to communicate with clients and various editor/manufacturer support- Swiss resident or holding a C permit- Valid car driving licenseWe offer:- A dynamic environment- Varied work- The opportunity to develop your technical knowledge- Responsibilities and autonomyStart date: Immediately or by arrangement, with a letter including copies of diplomas, work certificates, salary expectations, availability, and references (complete applications only, please).
