Several projects are and will be launched in this context, and to strengthen our client's Infrastructure unit, we are looking for a Senior System Engineer:- Maintenance of system infrastructures: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP- Management of Exchange Online messaging and Teams / Teams Voice services- Administration and maintenance of VMware virtualized environments- Handling and processing of level 2 and 3 incidents and requests within the system perimeter- Participation in emergency actions related to system incidents- Daily monitoring of EDR solutions:- Processing of alerts- Remediation actions on systems- Contribution to the security and hardening of servers- Migration of obsolete systems to supported versions- Management of backups and participation in restoration tests- Development, maintenance, and deployment of scripts- Implementation and management of a centralized script management solution for the infrastructure unit- Participation in the reporting and tracking of tickets according to the defined process- Communication with users, support teams, and project teams- Participation in IT department projects as an executor within their area of expertise- Drafting and updating of technical documentationKnowledge of IDM / IAM / RBAC tools is a plus.You demonstrate team spirit and good communication skills.
