Senior systems (f/m/d) On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for senior systems (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the entry point for incidents and requests sent by the helpdesk and customers, in support of the Systems, Networks and Access Management teams. Mission Ensure the handling of incidents and requests transferred by the helpdesk or directly created by the clients. Analyze, qualify, and prioritize the backlog of unassigned tickets, ensuring the completeness of necessary elements for processing. Independently manage issues relevant to multiple infrastructure areas and intervene directly when the request can be resolved without escalation. Involve the Systems, Networks or Access Management teams when specific expertise is required, then ensure communication to the competent interlocutor as a last resort. Document the actions taken and contribute to the knowledge base as well as to the fluidity of request processing. Profile Minimum 5-7 years of experience in X or in infrastructure, with a good ability to thrive in a versatile environment, capable of handling multi-domain tickets and ensuring efficient communication between the helpdesk, clients, and multiple teams. Mastery of Windows Server and Linux environments and knowledge of VMware/ ITSM tools, X, with a proven ability to analyze, structure, and prioritize a ticket backlog. Knowledge in identity and access management (IAM) is appreciated, as well as an understanding of environments with a rigorous attitude towards work and ability to collaborate effectively.
