## Job Description ##

* Manage inbound and outbound transactions for global inventory locations, including returns.
* Analyze and resolve process and technical issues (e.g., Idocs errors) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Perform inventory reconciliation and root cause analysis for discrepancies.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and internal standards (SOX, AFCM, customs).
* Support product launches, extensions, discontinuations, and special promotions.
* Coordinate international orders with affiliates, distributors, and manufacturing plants.
* Host and manage regular meetings with global stakeholders to foster collaboration.
* Assist in setting team priorities, handling escalations, and planning resources.
* Act as deputy for the manager on functional topics.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain roles within multinational organizations.
* Proven experience in project coordination, ideally with SAP implementation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
* Ability to integrate quickly into new structures and adapt to change.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech sectors preferred.
* Ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements.
