**Position Summary **
As a **Senior Robotics Engineering** **Specialist**, you will be responsible for driving innovation in robotic application deployment. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to design, develop, and test robotics solutions, such as integrating robotic arms, humanoid robots, and robotic quadrupeds in our existing ecosystems.

**A Day in the Life of a** **Senior Robotics Engineering Specialist**
** **
* Lead R&D robotics-related engineering projects from concept to commissioning
* Identify and assess advanced robotics suppliers for operational application
* Define and manage the User Requirement Specifications to ensure stakeholder needs are fully captured
* Manage project planning, budgeting, and quality to guarantee successful delivery
* Coordinate mechanical design, equipment selection, and integration with vendors and internal teams
* Drive validation activities, including FAT/SAT and compliance with safety and engineering standards
* Support on-site installation, commissioning, and resolution of mechanical issues
* Ensure effective knowledge transfer through documentation, operator training, and handover
* Monitor system performance and drive improvements for long-term reliability and maintainability
**What will make you successful**
* Bachelor's degree or above in Robotics, Electricity&Automation, Microengineering, or related fields
* Proven experience in robotics development with strong knowledge of kinematics, dynamics, and control theory
* Project management skills proficiency. A successful project in R&D or operations is a plus
* Knowledge in programming languages such as Python and C++, hands-on experience in motion control algorithms and trajectory planning is a plus
* Ideally consolidated engineering experience in a factory
* Proficiency in English; French is a nice to have
* Flexibility for up to 30% of project related travel
