For our Accès Personnel Geneva branch, we are looking for a Senior Personnel Consultant at 100% – Industry & Watchmaking sector.Senior Personnel Consultant at 100% - Industry & Watchmaking sectorAs part of the development of our Industry & Watchmaking activity in the Geneva area, we are strengthening our team with a senior profile capable of managing a client portfolio, developing the business, and ensuring a high level of quality in recruitment and monitoring of temporary staff. Under the direct responsibility of the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in business development, client account management, and the recruitment of technical and watchmaking profiles, in close connection with client companies.Your missions:Business & client development- Understand and analyze the specific needs of industrial and watchmaking companies in the region- Develop and manage your client portfolio through targeted prospecting and regular visits and build sustainable relationships- Be a source of proposals for your clients regarding recruitment and placement solutions- Represent Accès Personnel as a trusted partner, oriented towards precision, performance, and serviceRecruitment- Write and publish advertisements for technical and watchmaking profiles- Actively source talent via job boards, social networks, and your network- Conduct interviews, evaluate skills and personality, and manage a pool of qualified candidates- Ensure the follow-up of staff placed on assignment and strengthen their loyalty- Prepare candidate files in accordance with client requirements- Inform and advise temporary staff on their rights and obligations and ensure compliance with regulationsYour profile:- Confirmed experience in personnel placement, ideally in the industry and/or watchmaking sectors- Excellent network and very good knowledge of the Geneva market- Very good knowledge of the Collective Labor Agreement for Personnel Services- Mastery of IT tools (MS Office)- Excellent organizational capacity, rigor, and priority management- Ability to work autonomously while being a team driver- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, and client orientationWhy join our teams?- A strong team culture, based on mutual aid and solidarity.- A flexible work environment, with adjustable hours and the possibility of teleworking.- Support and continuous training to develop your skills and evolve in your career.- A parking space made available to facilitate your commute.In addition to our many benefits, you will join a company certified Great Place to Work® and B Corp™.
