Ensuring the reliability of P&L and balance sheets of managed properties
Our client is a well-established Geneva-based real estate agency, recognised for its positioning and operations.

In a growth context, the company wishes to strengthen its teams with an experienced real estate accountant profile, able to commit long term and support its development.
Responsibilities
* Managing the accounting of real estate portfolios, including rents, charges, provisions, adjustments, co-ownership and statements.
* Producing financial statements for managed properties, with reliable P&L and balance sheets.
* Preparing annual charge and heating statements, in a high-volume context.
* Monitoring receipts, performing bank reconciliations and managing debtor and creditor accounts.
* Active participation in interim and annual closings.
* Partial handling of real estate VAT.
* Contributing to process improvements in a structuring and transforming environment.
* A predominantly operational role, with limited exposure to general accounting.
Candidate Profile
* Accounting qualification.
* Minimum three years of experience in real estate accounting within a Swiss agency (essential requirement).
* Very good knowledge of Swiss real estate specifics: statements, heating, provisions, co-ownership.
* Ease in managing large volumes and meeting tight deadlines.
* Autonomy, rigour and good priority management.
* Willingness to commit long term within a stable team.
