Real Estate AccountantAs part of the development of our activities and in order to strengthen an established and highly professional department, we are looking for a 100% Accountant.General mission:Ensure, under the supervision of a department head, all accounting tasks related to the company.Additional missions:- Preparation of closings for managed properties- Analysis and closing of heating/hot water statements, responding to various requests from tenants- Processing of accounting entries (rent collection, etc.) and reconciliation of transitory accounts- Management and payment of invoices to owners (clients) regarding the status of their account- Management of owner accounts in separate treasury management- Miscellaneous correspondenceRequired profile:- Accounting experience in property management is essential- Experience in commercial real estate management, university degree or equivalent- Very good skills and mastery of tools allowing autonomous operation (WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL, INTERNET, QUORUM...)- Perfect knowledge of the French language (spoken and written)- Dynamic and motivated person, capable of quickly integrating into an existing team- Teamwork skills- Ability to manage stress- Swiss national or valid permit jid657abfdaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
