## Job Description ##

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a digital commerce project using a selected SaaS platform.
* Drive project planning, execution, timelines, risks, and budget alignment.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing as project sponsor and IT teams across architecture, development, and operations.
* Coordinate with an external SaaS provider and integration partner throughout implementation.
* Ensure alignment with portfolio governance, PMO standards, and reporting requirements.
* Facilitate the definition, refinement, and prioritization of business and technical requirements.
* Manage dependencies, risks, change impacts, and escalations across stakeholder groups.
* Guide testing activities, including system testing, UAT, readiness, and deployment.
* Engage high-level leadership through governance meetings, steering committees, and status presentations.
* Support cross-team collaboration with units involved in standardization and delivery processes.
* Contribute to the decommissioning of legacy systems post-go-live.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* 10+ years of experience delivering IT or digital transformation projects.
* Proven track record in e-commerce platform implementation or replacement.
* Strong ability to work hands-on with requirements, process details, and functional specifications.
* Experience managing third-party vendors and external integrators.
* Comfortable navigating structured governance, reporting lines, and high-level stakeholder environments.
* Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to technical, business, and leadership audiences.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, impacts, and trade-offs.
* Proactive, autonomous, and ownership-driven working style.
* Ability to collaborate across multicultural teams and matrix environments.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
