As part of a permanent position, the OK Job'Xpert service is looking for a Senior Project Manager for Civil Engineering Structures for a major company in the construction sector, to manage technical and large-scale projects in the canton of Vaud.
Senior Project Manager for Civil Engineering Structures
- Degree in civil engineering from EPF, HES or equivalent recognised in Switzerland.
- Proven experience (at least 8 years) in project management of civil engineering structures in Switzerland.
- Excellent command of SIA standards and common software.
- You are an inspiring leader who knows how to convey and listen to their teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communicator.
- Rigour, analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
- Lead and coordinate civil engineering structure projects during the execution phase
- Coordinate studies via contractors and internal service
- Supervise technical monitoring, scheduling and financial control of projects.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team (technical support, project overview, ensure the development of the teams' technical skills).
- Coordinate external partners and liaise with the client.
- Provide solutions and improvement avenues for your service (technological, legal, standards watch).
