## About Our Client ##

Our client is an international company located in Geneva

## Job Description ##

* Own and communicate the product vision and quarterly roadmap aligned with Finance and IT priorities
* Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into Epics, Features, and Product Backlog Items with clear acceptance criteria
* Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, and define sprint goals
* Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior management
* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to clarify and structure requirements
* Ensure strong traceability between business needs, solution design, and delivered functionality
* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
* Own validation and approval of features before production release
* Support solution design in collaboration with architects and development teams
* Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team alignment proactively
* Ensure business continuity, including incident management and handling urgent business requests
* Contribute to continuous improvement and ongoing digital transformation initiatives
* Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and system changes
* Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and drive decision-making across business and IT
* Build trust and act as a key partner to senior leadership





## The Successful Applicant ##

* 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in complex, data-intensive environments
* Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
* Proven experience delivering financial or data platforms in international environments
* Strong understanding of financial concepts and data-driven decision-making (profitability, cost/revenue analysis)
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structuring skills
* Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring clarity and structure
* Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Strong communication and facilitation skills
* Ability to extract and challenge business knowledge where documentation is limited
* Comfortable working in high-expectation environments with strong ownership mindset
* Fluent in English (French is a plus)
* Experience in trading, energy or financial services is a strong advantage
* Team player with strong ownership and accountability mindset
