To strengthen its Medicine department at the Moutier site, we are looking for the following specialist: Job Description Lead the clinical activity at the level of the framework in internal medicine and participate in the on-call rotation of the framework doctors, ensuring optimal and safe care of patients, supervise and train doctors while coordinating care with nursing teams and other specialties to ensure an integrated and multidisciplinary approach. Actively contribute to the development of the internal medicine service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with institutional projects and the Arc Network, while ensuring rigorous follow-up of medical records, treatments, and interventions, and supporting continuous improvement of care. Qualifications: Holder of a specialist title FMH in internal medicine (or equivalent recognized) or have an MEBEKO registration/recognition in Switzerland, or in the process of being obtained. Confirmed hospital experience, ideally in a function as a physician. Proven experience in medical supervision, interdisciplinary work, and team management.
