For one of our clients, we are looking for: Chief Physician in Internal Medicine (M/F) Your missions: - Ensure clinical management as a chief physician and participate in the on-call rotation. - Supervise, coach, and train physicians in care with healthcare teams and other specialties for interdisciplinary management. - Contribute to the development of the service. - Participate in institutional projects of the Arc Network and ensure rigorous follow-up of medical files. Your profile: - FMH title in internal medicine (or recognized equivalent) or recognition/registration by MEBEKO. - Confirmed hospital experience, ideally as a physician. - Strong experience in supervision, interdisciplinary teamwork, and management.
