Senior Payroll Consultant - Project Management & Client Advisory (SwissSalary 365) (m/f) HR Campus makes HR a success factor. You are an experienced payroll consultant, passionate about payroll management, comfortable with payroll processes, and you want to put your expertise to work on exciting client projects? In this role, you will support our clients in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, manage projects independently to implement payroll processes, and ensure they are accomplished. As a project leader or sub-project manager, you will accompany SwissSalary 365 projects, guarantee their success, and coordinate all processes to develop complex payroll concepts and ensure their implementation. You will also enhance and evolve our clients' existing solutions to ensure their effectiveness. Leveraging your expertise, you will support the sales team during client presentations to convince new clients and retain current ones. In the framework of client management, you will build and maintain trusting relationships with clients over the long term. You hold a commercial base degree, ideally complemented by further education in human resources or social insurance. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, with a deep understanding of payroll processes, and experience in project management or as a sub-project manager. You have excellent knowledge of one or more payroll software applications. If you are not yet familiar with SwissSalary 365, no worries – we will teach you everything you need to know. You possess a strong affinity for solutions and enjoy diving into new challenges. Travel within Switzerland is part of your daily routine in order to offer the best service to our clients.
