Or perhaps you are currently working in Big 4 risk advisory or internal audit and looking to transition into a in-house risk position within a leading financial institution?This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit 2nd line of defence team, X will play a key role in enhancing risk governance, supporting alignment, and driving continuous improvement across the a Senior Risk Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring robust risk governance, supporting alignment, and strengthening resilience across the Your expertise will help drive effective risk management practices, challenge existing processes, and ensure consistency across the Group.Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:- Lead and further develop the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process, ensuring effective assessment, and monitoring of risks- Oversee outsourcing and third-party risk management activities, ensuring governance and risk measures are in place- Support the ongoing alignment of the risk framework with Swiss requirements, including relevant FINMA X risk practices across the Group and with stakeholders across different functions and risk insights, reporting, and to senior management to support informed decision-making- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk processes, controls, and governance frameworksProfile:- University degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a 8-10 years of professional experience in Risk, Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or control functions within banking or financial services- Strong understanding of risk frameworks, including RCSA methodologies and control environments- Experience working with Swiss banking and FINMA X outsourcing/third-party risk management and risk would be an advantage- Strong analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and influence across different levels of an and skills- Proactive, get things done hands-on approach, comfortable working in a dynamic, lean and evolving environment- Fluent English required; strong French skills expected, with German considered an advantage- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Avaloq would be beneficial- Available to work full-time (no home office)- Eligible or already in possession of a Swiss passport or Swiss work permit jidae3a6e3aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
