Do not hesitate to apply!Your contribution to the company- Accompany our employees in the non-life external service in the acquisition of technical skills in insurance, products, systems, processes, and sales methods.- Prepare and facilitate face-to-face or virtual training sessions and accompany participants throughout their journey within the framework of a structured individual follow-up.- Adapt your speech to train professionals as well as people discovering the profession.- Develop and adapt our training offer by following the agile method and the set objectives, by combining classic methods, new digital tools, and the latest techniques in knowledge acquisition.- Collaborate closely with the entire training team in Switzerland, take an interest in all new training techniques to offer the best quality.Your aptitudes and talents- You possess in-depth expertise in the field of non-life insurance, ideally with previous experience in consulting or sales (insurance specialist certificate or equivalent). You will be enthusiastic about expanding your knowledge to other areas of insurance if necessary.- You already have initial experience in the field of adult education in the field of insurance and you are ideally a holder of an adult trainer diploma (FSEA 1 or equivalent). If this is not the case, the number of course hours you have already accumulated allows you to be evaluated.- With a focus on service quality for our clients, you are capable of creating a climate of trust and exchange, you know how to make your training sessions lively and enriching.- Autonomous and structured, you demonstrate great individual responsibility.
