We are at home throughout Europe and always close to you.Senior M365/Sharepoint Consultant (f/m/d)Be your best with BechtleYour mission- You implement solutions based on Microsoft tools for our clients in demanding environments, and you make the best use of the different aspects of the platform to propose professional solutions.- You also intervene at our clients' sites to improve or provide support for SharePoint On-Premise infrastructures (2013, 2016, 2019, SE) as well as Microsoft 365 environments.- You help clients identify and specify their needs in terms of processes and, more broadly, digital transformation.- You can facilitate workshops to gather requirements and rely on the team to implement them.- You contribute to knowledge sharing within the team through technological monitoring, participation in events, or the implementation and documentation of internal processes.- You act as a Microsoft 365 expert for our clients and advise them on architecture and governance in a multi-project context. Missions can last from a few days to several months, alone or in a team.- You participate in pre-sales activities, solution design, and the drafting of commercial offers.- You also contribute to the development of the team.- Based in our Geneva or Morges branch, you will work with our clients throughout the Swiss region.Your profile- You have confirmed experience (+7 years) in the implementation and administration of SharePoint On-Premise environments and possess a good command of the Microsoft 365 environment in the broad sense.- You have confirmed experience as a technical analyst or in solution architecture.- You master Power Automate and Power Apps, particularly in environments integrated with SharePoint.- Knowledge of the K2 Five engine, ideally in version 5.4 or higher, is an asset.- Certification in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Nintex, or Power Platform also represents an asset.- You have a perfect command of French and possess a very good level of English.- You have a real sense of customer service and consulting, as well as good communication skills.- You demonstrate a positive attitude, autonomy, and a good team spirit.
