To strengthen our Supply Chain team, we are looking for an Experienced Logistician.Your missionYou occupy a versatile position, at the heart of operations and close to the field. Thanks to your global vision of logistics activities, you contribute to the fluidity of flows, from the planning of production to the shipment of products, including supplies and inventory management. In close collaboration with the workshops and production, you guarantee the availability of components, compliance with deadlines, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of our processes.Main responsibilities:- Plan and schedule production while ensuring the monitoring of manufacturing orders.- Manage supplies, stocks, flows, and inventories to ensure data reliability.- Organize and coordinate incoming and outgoing flows, from receipt to shipment.- Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to optimize supplies and deadlines.- Ensure daily communication with the various departments to effectively support production.- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and be a driving force for proposals in the continuous improvement of processes and tools.Your profile:- Higher education in logistics, supply chain, industrial management, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar function within an industrial environment.- Mastery of production planning processes, inventory management, supplies, and logistics flows.- Ease with an ERP (ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX), Excel, and analysis tools.- Field-oriented person, organized, rigorous, and appreciating industrial environments.- Analytical mind, solutions-oriented, and ability to take initiatives.- Interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork.We offer you:- A demanding, innovative, and constantly evolving industrial environment;- A human-sized company;- A culture favoring initiative, autonomy, and continuous improvement;- The opportunity to contribute directly to the performance of a company recognized in the world of high-end watchmaking.Ready to take up this challenge?Send us your application.
