Welcome to your future!

55,000 colleagues in 215 countries and territories. Together on the path to rethinking insurance every day – and shaping the future for everyone. Welcome to a strong community where you make a difference from the very beginning. Together we continue to develop!

Are you fascinated by the challenge of leading legal disputes in the claims area across various industries and representing Zurich Switzerland and its customers before courts and authorities? In our Claims Litigation department, you work at the interface of law, insurance technology, and customer needs: You contribute to ensuring that disputed claims cases are resolved fairly, efficiently, and legally securely, thereby making a direct contribution to the reputation and quality of results of Zurich Switzerland.

Together we ensure that our Claims organisation is competently represented in objection and appeal procedures (UVG) as well as in selected civil law proceedings – from legal assessment through litigation strategy to negotiated solutions or judgments. In doing so, you work closely with internal claims and loss experts, underwriting, product development, as well as external law firms.

You can expect a collegial, curious, and customer-oriented environment where legal excellence, pragmatic solutions, and economic thinking are equally valued. You shape the further development of the Unité de doctrine, accompany changes in the market and regulatory environment, and actively drive innovations in the digitalisation and automation of litigation processes.

Our success is based on our values: collaboration, customer focus, and execution. Therefore, we are looking for a responsible, solution-oriented, and reliable personality who thinks networked and innovatively. If you bring these qualities, this could be your next professional challenge.
