Joining the Group means integrating a dynamic company with more than 30 subsidiaries worldwide that values talent and passion.Strengthen our legal department as:Senior Legal Counsel 100% Brand Protection/ Online IP EnforcementOur offer- We offer you stimulating and demanding work, exciting challenges, and a varied and dynamic work environment within a group.- You are the contact person for several subsidiaries and thus contribute significantly to their success.- The focus of this position is on the protection of intellectual property rights (trademark law, design, and copyright) including the fight against counterfeiting/the grey market.- You also work in close cooperation with associates at all hierarchical levels, whom you support as a sparring partner with advice and action.Your contribution- You advise and assist our subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad on the protection of intellectual property rights.- You apply your in-depth knowledge in the field of digital technologies, as well as intellectual property law and experience in litigation, in a targeted manner.- You manage complex projects from a legal perspective in several languages and develop solutions independently.- In doing so, you recognize legal and economic contexts and quickly evaluate the chances and risks.- If necessary, you conduct proceedings in cooperation with external counsel in Switzerland and abroad.Your profile- You hold a Swiss bar exam or an equivalent qualification and are very familiar with intellectual property law.- In addition, you demonstrate several years of professional experience within a company or a law firm.- Your strengths are perseverance, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude towards your tasks.- You are interested in technical issues and are curious to discover new technologies.- You work independently and in a team, you have a sense of responsibility, and you are characterized by your great willingness to provide quality service.- German, French, and English are languages that you master both orally and in writing and in which you are able to process legal texts and conduct negotiations.Place of workThe Group SAFaubourg du LacBienneYour new professional adventure starts here!Choosing the Group means being part of a community determined to shape the future.
