As Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance across Switzerland, Germany and Austria, with a primary focus on Switzerland, where you will act as the dedicated legal lead. This is a high?impact, strategic role offering exposure to complex commercial and regulatory matters.

Our client is a leading medical devices company headquartered in Geneva, recognized globally for innovation and excellence in healthcare solutions.
Description
Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, key account agreements, financing arrangements).
Support sales and marketing teams on legal matters and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Handle compliance activities including third-party event sponsorship agreements, grant requests, and monitoring (travel, expenses).
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to maintain high standards of legal and ethical conduct.
Geographic scope: primarily Switzerland and Austria, with occasional involvement in Germany.
Profile
Swiss?educated lawyer (Bachelor + Master obtained in Switzerland), ideally Swiss?qualified / bar admitted (strong advantage).
5-10 years of experience with a solid background in contract law; compliance expertise is a strong asset.
Proven exposure to the healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals or medical devices) is required.
Languages: French and English required; German is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to operate within a complex, international organization and manage cross?border legal matters.
