Senior Legal & Compliance DACH region - Healthcare industryAs Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice and ensure compliance across Switzerland, Germany and Austria, with a primary focus on Switzerland, where you will act as the legal lead. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex commercial and Legal & Compliance DACH region - Healthcare industryOur client is a leading medical devices company headquartered in Geneva, recognized globally for excellence in healthcare solutions.DescriptionAdvise on a broad range of commercial contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, key account agreements, financing arrangements).Support sales and marketing teams and ensure compliance with industry compliance activities including third-party event sponsorship agreements, grant requests, and monitoring.Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to maintain high standards of legal and ethical conduct.Geographic scope: primarily Switzerland and Austria, with occasional involvement in lawyer (Bachelor + Master obtained in Switzerland), ideally Swiss-qualified / bar admitted (strong advantage).5-10 years of experience with a solid background in contract law; compliance expertise is a strong exposure to the healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals or medical devices) is required.Languages: French and English required; German is a strong advantage but not to within a complex, and manage cross-border legal benefits package and bonus eligibility.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, environment with significant regional advantages to discuss. jidebce632aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
