It provides a flexible work environment that promotes a balance between professional and private life, along with conditions that encourage skill development and the sharing of knowledge and experiences.As a Senior Legal Advisor at 80% in the legal affairs department, you are a resource person on legal questions, possess good knowledge in public law, with a strong focus on labor law and social security law, and an excellent understanding of public service and health law.Your missions and responsibilities include the management of legal files under your responsibility assigned by the Director of Legal Affairs, providing legal responses to various questions from field professionals in their decision-making activities and sanctions, legal opinions, or criminal complaints, reports to the Adult and Child Protection Court (TPAE), and legal briefs. You will proofread letters and documents managing personnel files and adult protection, handle appeals, and provide legal expertise in legislative projects, regulations, directives, and treaties. You will support decision-making bodies in lifting professional secrecy and medical confidentiality with the TPAE and provide advice to find amicable legal solutions. There is a legal watch on laws, case law, and regulations for the legal activities of internal clients, as well as organizing and updating a legal database for working groups, commissions, or other meetings that may address any issues concerning legal affairs.With a Master's degree in law obtained in Switzerland and a license or diploma in law (mandatory), you have 5 to 10 years of experience, possess good knowledge in public law with a strong focus on labor law and social security law, and an excellent understanding of public service and health law. You are capable of synthesizing information, can work autonomously, and have clear and precise writing skills. You are rigorous in legal advice and solution-oriented. Proactive and dynamic, you are persuasive in your arguments before various audiences, both internal and external to the institution.
