Your Mission
As a (Senior) Learning & Development Specialist in our Talent & Organisational Development team, a key part of our HR department, you'll be a key driver in shaping impactful, inclusive, and inspiring learning experiences. From leadership development to embedding culture, you’ll create meaningful moments that help our people grow, lead, and thrive.
You’ll work cross-functionally in a dynamic, global SMG team of Explorers spanning Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India - where creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning are at the heart of what we do.
Specifically, you will work on:
- Design and deliver powerful learning programs: Craft engaging learning experiences - with a current focus on leadership development (LDJ - Leadership Development Journey, Onboarding new leaders, pick & grow modules)
- Embed our values across the employee lifecycle: Bring SMG’s culture to life - from hiring to offboarding - through practical, people-first learning experiences
- Facilitate workshops and trainings: Lead leadership sessions, Culture & Feedback Bootcamps, team offsites, and workshops that spark connection, growth, and engagement - from small to large group interventions
- Co-create learning with business teams: Partner with teams across SMG to design learning that supports performance, development, and career growth (e.g. design career paths or leading yourself sessions)
- Build strong learning network: Manage internal trainers and external providers to ensure a high-quality, scalable learning experience
- Measure and improve impact: Use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve and evolve our learning offerings
