To strengthen its Medicine department at the Moutier site, we are looking for the following specialist:Job Description- Lead clinical activity at the executive level in internal medicine and participate in the on-call rotation for executive physicians, ensuring optimal and secure patient care.- Supervise and train physicians in training while coordinating care with nursing teams and other specialties to ensure an integrated and multidisciplinary approach.- Actively contribute to the organization and development of the internal medicine department, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to institutional projects and those of Le Réseau de l Arc, while guaranteeing rigorous follow-up of medical records, treatments, and interventions, and supporting continuous improvement.Profile- Holder of an FMH specialist title in internal medicine (or recognized equivalent) or possess a MEBEKO registration/recognition in Switzerland, or be in the process of obtaining it.- Confirmed hospital experience, ideally in an executive physician role.- Proven skills in medical supervision, interdisciplinary work, and team management.- Sense of responsibility, professional rigor, and team spirit.- Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality medicine.Additional InformationWe offer a varied and stimulating activity within a dynamic establishment in constant evolution.
