Internal Medicine Physician / General Practitioneris the new reference health network of the canton of Neuchâtel. Born from the desire of the Neuchâtel Hospital Network (RHNe) to sustainably strengthen the local care offer, is at the heart of the cantonal health policy. Its mission is to guarantee the population coordinated, efficient, and sustainable access to care in close complementarity with community medicine and all actors of the health system.develops an integrated network of medical centers spread across the cantonal territory, notably in Neuchâtel, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Fleurier, and Geneveys-sur-Coffrane. It also means integrating a modern, human, and stimulating work environment, where physicians can practice their profession in the best conditions, for the direct benefit of the Neuchâtel population.At the heart of our general medicine team in La Chaux-de-Fonds, and alongside a dynamic and organized multidisciplinary team, we are looking for:Internal Medicine Physician / General Practitioner 80% - 100%The main activities are as follows:- Develop a practice activity- You participate in the development of general medicine within- You ensure the follow-up of patients in your personal practice- You collaborate closely with your general practitioner colleagues and all medical specialists, as well as with RHNe physicians- If interested, you participate in the supervision system for physicians in training that we offer- Daytime hours only- Support and mentoring upon your arrival- No nights, no weekends- On-call duties according to Cantonal regulations- Benevolent and cohesive multidisciplinary team- 6 weeks of vacation per year- 5 days of continuing education per year- Collaboration with general practitioners and specialists- Modern premises in the heart of La Chaux-de-Fonds and close collaboration with hospital physicians- Federal specialist title in internal medicine, general medicine, or equivalent title (MEBEKO recognition for foreign diplomas)- Proficiency in the French language (C1 level required by authorities).
