Our Life Sciences team is seeking a Senior Consultant in Hygiene Projects for a company active in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.Location: VispTasks:- Ensure the effective and continuous improvement of hygiene and control standards throughout the site.- Act as a key cross-functional interface between production, quality assurance, monitoring, engineering and the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) department.- Manage and execute hygiene projects related to material transfers, staff flows, dressing, cleaning, disinfection and behavior in cleanrooms.- Be responsible for planning, and executing cleanroom performance qualification (QP) in accordance with GMP/GMP site-specific requirements.- Maintain and update the hygiene documentation (procedures, instructions, standards) in accordance with GMP requirements and environmental monitoring activities.- Conduct root cause analyses, define, implement, and monitor corrective actions.- Manage and document Change Requests (CR) related to hygiene and execute quality tasks ensuring their timely closure in accordance with the requirements of the quality system.- Identify and deploy actions for the harmonization and optimization of hygiene practices between different production areas.- Prepare and represent hygiene subjects during internal audits, customer audits and inspections of authorities.- Develop and deliver targeted training to strengthen the hygiene culture, staff awareness and consistent application of standards throughout the site.Profile:- Degree or professional training in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, pharmacy, bioprocess engineering or equivalent experience in a GMP environment, ideally in the areas of contamination control, cleanroom technology or quality assurance.- Knowledge of GMP requirements, with proven experience in writing, managing and reviewing quality documentation (SOP, CAPP, CAPA, Change Control).- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; good knowledge of German is an asset.- Analytical mind, equipped with a structured, rigorous and solution-oriented approach.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.- Autonomous, committed and responsible personality with a strong sense of quality, compliance and continuous improvement. jid4a1d3ffaen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
