For our Group Human Resources department at the Marin (NE) site, we are looking for a:Senior HR, HRIS Project ManagerYour missionAs part of the evolution of our system, you will manage the migration project of our current tool to Success Factor. You will also support the VP HR on various subjects and responsibilities.Success Factor Project (~ 70%):- Pilot the migration project from SAP HCM to Success Factor in compliance with the budget, deliverables, and deadlines.- Coordinate the various project stakeholders (IT, BPO, local HR).- Ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of HR data and monitor it.- Keep the global structure up to date.- Provide support to local HR on global HR processes and the system.- Support the change management for the various system users.Support for the Vice President of HR (~30%):- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes.- Participate in various group projects.- Reports and analyses on various Group HR subjects.Your profile- Degree in Human Resources and project management.- Confirmed experience as an HR manager and project manager.- Excellent command of SAP Success Factor and SAP HCM.- Ease with numbers and very good command of Excel.- Analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, rigor, and sense of priority.- Team spirit and resistance to stress.- Excellent command of French and English.Performance, Trust, Respect, and Ethics are our common values and reflect our culture and vision.
