You actively contribute to performance by supporting teams on all HR issues, in a demanding and changing industrial environment.MISSION- You support managers in their daily challenges and manage complex HR situations with fairness and composure- You manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding- You contribute to structuring and professionalizing HR- You are a source of proposals for HR projects and ongoing initiatives- You provide a clear HR perspective through the monitoring of KPIs and your analytical capacity- You participate in talent development (coaching, internal mobility) in line with business needs- You ensure the continuity of HR activities and are able to support the payroll process if necessary- You are a trusted HR point of reference for employees and managersYOUR PROFILE- Commercial education or equivalent, supplemented by a Federal HR Certificate (or equivalent)- Confirmed experience (min. 8-10 years) in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in an industrial environment- Solid command of Swiss labor law and HR processes- Proven experience in managing complex HR situations and in talent development and/or change management- You know how to activate your network to evolve in a dynamic environment with strong stakes- Solution-oriented and field-based approach- Excellent communication skills, sense of listening and confidentiality- Ability to make decisions and assert yourself as a partner to managers- Good command of French, very good knowledge of German (min.
