## Job Description ##
* Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR initiatives.
* Provide expert advice on Swiss labor law, ensuring full compliance in all HR practices and policies.
* Lead and support the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
* Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion and professionalism.
* Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
* Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and tools.
* Support change management and organizational development efforts.
* Ensure accurate HR reporting and data integrity.
* Act as a culture ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Advise on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring internal equity and alignment with market benchmarks.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
* Proven expertise in Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
* Experience in an international or matrixed organization is a strong asset.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong sense of prioritization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
* Fluent in English and French.
