We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join an international team based in Nyon. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on all HR matters. You will play a key role in shaping and executing HR strategies that support business objectives, with a strong focus on Swiss labor law compliance, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

Missions

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR initiatives.
• Provide expert advice on Swiss labor law, ensuring full compliance in all HR practices and policies.
• Lead and support the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion and professionalism.
• Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and tools.
• Support change management and organizational development efforts.
• Ensure accurate HR reporting and data integrity.
• Act as a culture ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Advise on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring internal equity and alignment with market benchmarks.

Profil du candidat

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
• Proven expertise in Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in an international or matrixed organization is a strong asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sense of prioritization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French.
