Full Stack Developer - Warsaw - Hybrid - German speaker Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Vue.JS Contract length: 6 months + extensionsLocation: Warsaw - Hybrid We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern web technologies and cloud-native application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TypeScript, Vue.js, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and REST APIs, combined with strong communication skills in German and English. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. Build modern web solutions using TypeScript, Vue.js, and Ruby on Rails. Develop and integrate REST APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices. Develop cloud-native applications and enterprise integrations. Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance. Contribute to solution design, technical estimations, code reviews, and Agile delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues. Follow software engineering, security, and coding best practices. Required Skills 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience Strong hands-on experience with: TypeScript Vue.js Ruby on Rails GraphQL REST APIs & Microservices Cloud-Native Development Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fluent German and English - mandatory. Preferred Skills Experience within the insurance industry, particularly P&C / General Insurance. Experience with insurance technology platforms. Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, and containerisation. Previous customer-facing consulting or implementation experience.
